Hi everyone! Happy Friday!

Here is my DT card!

Since the challenge theme is Dies Only, my card is showcasing  SMILING FRI-DIES and LOVELY LINKS FRI-DIES.

I started by die cutting 3 borders from LOVELY LINKS FRI-DIES and then used inlaid die cut technique.

Next, I layered the die-cut panel with pink papers and lace.
The "smile" word is from SMILING FRI-DIES.

To finish off, I embellished some light blue dots.

Link up your creations with our theme to be in with the chance of winning a $25.00 gift certificate to the store. If you use CAS-ual Fridays stamps or dies, you'll got the opportunity to win double the prize!

Thank you! Have a nice day.

you're so lovely! + scrapbook layout

Hi friends! Today, I have two projects to share...

I used CAS(E) this Sketch #231 and also got flower and butterfly inspiration from  #GDP096 and
Uniko Challenge #42.

I die cut the stitched panel using Lawn Fawn die. The flower and butterfly are all from Studio Katia. I let the flower be white, but colored butterflies with markers.

Then, I layered the panel with vellum and banner.
I stamped the sentiment which is also from Studio Katia and embellished some clear and white sequins.

To finish off, I added glossy accents onto the butterflies and hearts for the shining effect.

Next is my scrapbook layout !

I was so inspired by the Altenew Challenge Sketch #3 so I created a layout using that awesome sketch.

I first placed my photo on the bottom of my cardstock. For my background, I added some soft watercolors. After the colors dried, I stamped hydrangea and leaf randomly.

I also die cut hydrangea and adhered with 3D foam tape for some dimension
Then, I added big title and some wooden embellishments.

Hi everyone!

Here is my card.

I stamped and heat embossed the rose (from Studio Katia) in white onto the colored card base and then used Copic to add some shadows around the rose.

I then stamped the sentiment (from Felicity Jane) onto the center of the card and heat embossed it in black.

Since the challenge theme is Christmas in July, I used some bright and warm colors.

The snowflakes are from FUNKY FLAKES. I cut them out and glued onto the colored Glossy Paper.

Hi friends, I'm back with you today to two traveler's notebook spreads using the some beautiful kits, such as Felicity Jane, Kelly Purkey, Simple Stories, and so on.

This first spread is about my little trip to Jhuzihu of Yangmingshan, Taipei. The Hydrangea of Jhuzihu are in their prime now. Their colors are both abundant and diverse, love them so much!

I wanted to make my spread look like "project life", so I began by cutting my photo to many little parts.
After arranged my photos, I also added some little pattern papers.

Above the photos and pattern papers I stamped some sentiments and images, and then added some cute stickers and embellishments.

I made a tutorial video. You can watch the video tutorial here or on YouTube.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The second spread is about ZUSHI. "ZUSHI" or "SUSHI"? My Japanese friend said the correct spelling is "ZUSHI"

I layered some papers and tag below the photo, and I also stamped some sentiments.

I covered the right hand side of the spread with the black and white dot patterned paper, and then added some images .

Thanks so much for joining me on the blog today!
